About The Greens Inn
The Greens Inn is family-owned and is operated right here in Saugerties, NY. Since our Inn opened its doors in 2010, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family.  Our management team lives on the premises to ensure they are always available to assist you in any way they can.
Located across the street from Horse Shows In The Sun (HITS), we are equipped to handle all your lodging needs when coming to the events. We have a large parking lot to accommodate trailers of all sizes, as well as a large grass area for your horse to graze. We have a full size laundromat to keep your gear and clothing clean, and each wing has it's own common room with a full kitchen to prepare your own meals, or you can just relax by the fire place to unwind from a long day. 
We are also located next door to Puttin Plus miniture golf, as well as being near Saugerties' other fine attractions.           **See below for  information and policies**

We reserve the right to authorize all credit cards for full reservation amount and on check in for each set of keys given to you for your room ($10.00 per set of keys). 

Credit card payments must be made with the credit card room is reserved with unless otherwise discussed with management.

Cash payments require an authorized credit card to be on file.

Check payments require an authorized credit card to be on file.

There are NO Refunds after room has been charged !! 

Check in time: 4pm - 11pm - Please notify us in advance if you will be checking in after office hours (11pm)

Check out time: 11am - All keys must be returned to office or in key drop by this time. Extended checkouts must be approved in advance.

Rooms not vacated by 11:00 am will be charged for another full nights stay.

General Office Hours: 8:00 AM until 11:00PM  

Deposit Policies: 
***** Full amount due at time of reservation for all online reservations.
***** PLEASE BE ADVISED that we reserve the right to charge a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT equivalent to 1st nights stay for all reservations (This deposit will be subtracted from your total bill at check in or applied as cancellation fee if you cancel). *****

****** Online reservations require a 100% deposit.*****

***** We reserve the right to pre-authorize any credit cards for full reservation amount *****

Our Cancellation Policies: 
***** Up until 7 Days prior to arrival date there will be a cancellation fee of 1 full night charged on all cancelled reservations, any rooms cancelled after 7 days prior to check in date will be charged in full for entire reserved stay ****** 
***** Any rooms not cancelled prior to the above guidelines will be charged in full for entire stay on check in date.*****

***** No cancellations can be made after deadline and rooms will be charged in full on check in date for entire reserved stay.***** 
***** "No Shows" will be charged in full for entire reservation on check in date.*****
***** All guests must have a reservation number upon arrival to check into room.*****

***** We reserve the right to re-sell all rooms considered "No-Shows"(Rooms not occupied by midnight on check in date without prior notice are considered "No-Shows") and no refunds will be issued.*****

Other Policy Information:

*****There is a $10.00 Key charge for key sets not returned or lost.*****
*****There is a $10.00 towel charge for missing bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths not returned at check out.*****
*****All rates are subject to state and local taxes ~ All rates are subject to change without notice.***** 
*****Holidays are subject to Peak Season Rates ~ Must be 21 years of age to register.***** 
*****The Payee will be held responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings either by yourself, your visitors or your pets during your stay.*****

We are pet friendly but do require a $100.00 pet deposit per room occupied with pets.

Upon check in you must register your pet at the front desk and certify that all immunizations are up to date.

Any pet not registered and certified will not be allowed in or on the grounds of the hotel at any time.

All pets must be under your direct control at all times while on hotel property.

If a pet is not under control or found to be aggressive towards other pets or guests, you will be required to make other lodging arrangements for your pet.

There will be no refunds due to unregistered or aggressive pets causing the need for you to seek other lodging for yourself or your pet.

Pets must not be left unattended in rooms and housekeeping will not enter a room with an unattended pet.

Owners of pets causing a disturbance to other guests will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund.

​-There is NO SMOKING inside the hotel

-There is a "Quiet time" rule in effect from 11pm to 7am~No visitors are allowed during these hours.

​-Visitors are limited to 2 per guest during non quiet time hours and for a period not to exceed 2 hours unless otherwise discussed with the management.
